Inspired by her essence, we’ve embarked on a journey to revitalize and protect traditional Egyptian handcrafts and designs, letting them shine once more and become a part of the modern world. Our Story

Two Egyptian designers are deeply passionate about exploring their rich heritage, a unique blend of three historical civilizations: Pharaonic, Islamic, and Coptic. With an eagerness to uncover the design philosophies of their ancestors, they are fascinated by how ancient artisans transformed simple forms into extraordinary works of art. This curiosity has inspired them to delve into the metaphysical realm, studying the science of numerlogy and intricate geometric patterns that embody profound spiritual concepts like infinity, transcendence, and unity. Driven by a vision to share this timeless knowledge, they create exquisite pieces of art that celebrate their heritage while reviving the traditions of ancient craftmanship.

Craftsmanship

Khayamiya, is the Egyptian name for the traditional technique used in making tents. Admiring this handcraft that is sadly falling to be oblivion, we thought that it is our duty to revive this traditional craft. By working together with experienced craftsmen, Our target is to develop the traditional designs that are based on a strong foundation of knowledge regarding the shape and proportions together with numbers that give them the power of beauty and form.

Materials

Our color palette is inspired by the vibrant and timeless hues of Islamic and Pharaonic art, featuring a rich spectrum of deep blues, olive greens, terracotta, and warm earth tones that exude luxury and sophistication. Thoughtfully selected contrasting colors and intricate combinations create a striking visual impact, while our commitment to using premium materials guarantees authenticity and impeccable quality.
