Refund policy
At nūt, every item passes through careful hands and detailed quality checks before it reaches you.
However, if your product has a manufacturing issue, we’ll gladly exchange or refund it within 14 days of delivery.
Returns Eligibility
• The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and with proof of purchase.
• Only items with a manufacturing defect are eligible for return.
• We do not accept returns for damage caused by personal use, wear, or mishandling.
Process
Please contact us within 14 days at designers.nut@gmail.com with photos and details of the issue.
Once approved, we’ll arrange pickup and send a replacement or issue a refund through your original payment method.
